Ronda zuccO
MBA, FACHE, CLSSGB
Administrator
Ronda brings extensive clinical and administrative experience in behavioral health and addiction medicine. She began her career as an addiction counselor and later transitioned into operations and administration—while consistently remaining closely involved in client care.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Southern Illinois University, where she also pursued graduate studies in Educational Psychology. Ronda went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Southern College.
She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Louisiana and is currently preparing for Colorado’s state exam to become a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS). Ronda is also trained in SMART Recovery and has worked across residential, inpatient, and outpatient levels of care.
Ronda is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (CLSSGB) in healthcare, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency. In addition, she is an active member of the National Association of Addiction Professionals (NAADAC) and the Colorado Association of Addiction Professionals (CAAP).
Dr. jim Shuler
DO, MS, FACOEP, FAWM, FASAM
Medical Director
Dr. Shuler completed a double major in Botany and Zoology at Colorado State University before earning both his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University. He went on to complete his internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at Michigan State University in Lansing.
After training, Dr. Shuler returned to Colorado, where he practiced in a wide range of emergency departments, including locum tenens roles across multiple states. He also co-founded an urgent care business with several partners.
His passion for addiction medicine stems from his own recovery from alcoholism over a decade ago. He began his addiction medicine training at Harmony Foundation and has since worked alongside several specialists in various clinical settings.
Dr. Shuler is dual board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine and holds a subspecialty fellowship in Wilderness Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACOEP), the American Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM), and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM).
HOPE MANNING

Psychiatric PA-C
Hope Manning is a nationally certified PA-C with advanced training in psychiatry and integrative mental health care. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from Regis University in 2013 and completed her PA training in 2018. She holds a Doctorate of Medical Sciences (DMSc) with a specialization in psychiatry, a Master of Medical Science (MMSc), and a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry.
Hope’s clinical philosophy blends the best of conventional and integrative medicine. Her practice is rooted in the belief that healing occurs through a whole-person approach—integrating supplementation, psychotherapy, and thoughtful medication management. She incorporates lab testing, lifestyle interventions, and therapeutic support to guide patients toward sustainable mental wellness.
Hope is the Founder of Well Nourished Integrative Psychiatry, an outpatient psychiatrist practice in Golden, CO.
LAUREN HUNT
MSN, RN, Caritas Coach
Director of Nursing
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Colorado College of Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nursing Administration. She is a certified Caritas Coach with over a decade of leadership experience in inpatient rehabilitation, including clinical care, quality management, and nursing research. Lauren brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and heart-centered leadership to her role.
Grounded in Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring, Lauren integrates presence, empathy, and authentic connection into every aspect of her leadership. She is deeply committed to creating a caring-healing environment that supports both clients and staff, emphasizing reflective practice, nurse well-being, and holistic, trauma-informed care.
Under Lauren’s guidance, the nursing team is empowered to deliver care that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—supporting women with compassion and dignity during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
MALISSA Trojan

Clinical Director
Malissa Trojan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through trauma, addiction recovery, ADHD, and emotional wellness. She offers a unique, integrative approach to healing that blends evidence-based practices with deep compassion and a trauma-informed lens. Her work is backed by advanced certifications in trauma recovery (CCTP), ADHD assessment and treatment (ADHD-CCSP), and integrative mental health (CIMHP), and is rooted in modalities such as EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and animal-assisted therapy.
Throughout her career, Malissa has worked extensively in addiction treatment—offering individual and group therapy in outpatient, inpatient, and recovery-focused settings. From facilitating trauma-focused programming and emotional intelligence groups, to supporting dual-diagnosis clients in medical environments and conducting comprehensive evaluations in private practice, she brings a depth of clinical knowledge and personal commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of recovery. In addition to her therapeutic work, she has trained professionals, developed addiction-focused curricula, and supervised clinicians working toward licensure—always with a focus on fostering resilience, connection, and sustainable change.
CATE Gremillion
PHR, SHRM-CP
Administrative Assistant, HR/Payroll, Client Advocate
Cate has a strong background in office management, human resources, and payroll. A graduate of Barnes Business College, she brings over 20 years of HR and payroll expertise to the team. Cate is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Among her many past achievements, Cate created and implemented the first-ever wellness program for Clear Creek County, Colorado—an initiative that continues to positively impact county employees.
In her current role, Cate serves as the administrative assistant, human resources/payroll coordinator, and client advocate. She is passionate about supporting both employees and clients. Cate finds deep fulfillment in fostering a positive work culture and being a trusted resource and advocate for those on the path to recovery.
